ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT   The Finance and Support Services Department (FSSD) provides effective delivery of IDLO’s finance, reporting, procurement, and information & communication technology to help deliver IDLO’s activities, thereby contributing to IDLO’s ability to strategically fulfill its mission.  This also encompasses the optimization of IDLO’s internal policies and processes and extends to its organizational planning, target-setting, and performance measurement.

ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT The Department of External Relations and Partnerships is responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of IDLO’s external relations agenda, communications, and partnership building through strategies and activities to promote, protect, and enhance IDLO’s mission and brand.  

IDLO is implementing a Transnational Organized Crime in East Africa (EATOC) Project, funded by the United States Department, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL). The project aims to strengthen State Responses to Transnational Organized Crimes (TOC) in Kenya, Tanzania, and Mozambique through (i)strengthening national and regional policy and legal frameworks on TOC in the 3 countries; and (ii) enhancing national and regional capacities for collaboration and coordination of the prevention and responses to TOC in the 3 countries.  

ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT The Department of Human Resources and Offices Services (HROS) is the central management and coordinating function for human resources management, HR policy and systems development and service delivery. It includes units for HR Operations, Policy and Organizational Development, Ethics and Investigations, Office Services, and Security. The Department serves employees and managers in HQ, Country Offices and Branch Offices. 

The overall aim of this assignment is to update and expand the geographic scope of the “Toolkit on regulatory approaches to noncommunicable diseases: healthy diets and physical activity” (South-Asia edition) by incorporating country-specific data and information on diet and physical inactivity-related non-communicable diseases (NCDs) for Nepal and providing an overview of the relevant national legislation and policy frameworks.

IDLO’s Research Team is responsible for the production of research and policy publications that support the organization’s overall Strategic Objectives through policy influencing, dissemination of lessons learned from programming, and support to programme development. The Research Team supports all aspects of research design, implementation, and dissemination; it enables high-quality knowledge production at country level through stewardship of a global Knowledge Products Pipeline and provision of on-demand technical support, and leads the inception and development of corporate policy and issue briefs.

IDLO is looking for ERP Assistant to support our Organization’s ERP implementation project and deliverables with the deployment of new modules and regular support on MS Dynamics NAV 2018 and related custom add-ons.
